Josh Lillis is confident that nerves will not get the better of him if he is thrown into Scunthorpe's play-off semi-final second leg against the MK Dons on Friday.

The 21-year-old has just 21 senior appearances to his name but is expected to taking his place in Nigel Adkins' starting XI for the game with regular stopper Joe Murphy struggling with a groin injury and despite the tie being in the balance following last week's 1-1 draw between the two, Lillis is confident he can take it all in his stride.

"It is a big game for us all," he told his club's official website. "But I won't be nervous about it at all."

"It will be good to play in front of the TV cameras, that doesn't worry me.

"It was enjoyable to start the last two games of the season. It was enjoyable for the fans and enjoyable for myself. We deserve this chance to be in the play-offs and I just hope we can grasp this chance."
