Shrimps snap up Wilson

Morecambe have completed the signing of left winger Laurence Wilson on a two-year deal following his release from Chester.

Wilson, a former Everton and England Under-19 player, has played more than 100 games for Chester over the past two seasons.

Shrimps boss Sammy McIlroy: "He is a player who will add strength to our squad. He impressed me last season and I know the supporters rate him as well."
