No top-flight interest in Reid - Robins

Rotherham manager Mark Robins knows nothing of any Premier League clubs making a bid for wantaway striker Reuben Reid.

The 20-year-old is on the transfer list at his own request and Millers chairman Tony Stewart suggested a top-flight club had expressed an interest. However, Robins is not aware of any bids being made.

"I'm not aware of any interest but it may have been a case of chairman to chairman - it's not unusual for two chairmen to have such a discussion," he told the Star. "It may just have been an inquiry. If it goes any further then I'd certainly be kept informed."
