Kazenga LuaLua is in line to make his Brighton debut against table-toppers Norwich at the Withdean.
The winger, the younger brother of former Newcastle and Portsmouth forward Lomana LuaLua, has joined the Seagulls on a month's loan from the Magpies.
Boss Gus Poyet must decide whether to start with the 19-year-old or stick with the side which secured an encouraging goalless draw with Huddersfield in midweek.
Poyet has no fresh injury worries and welcomes back defender Adam El-Abd after five weeks out with a broken metatarsal.
El-Abd could be named on the bench, taking the place of centre-half James Tunnicliffe who has joined MK Dons on loan.
Defender Colin Hawkins (heel) is the only long-term absentee while striker Nicky Forster is likely to sit out again after a contract row.
Norwich welcome back captain Grant Holt.
Holt, who has netted 23 goals this season, has missed the last three matches through suspension after being sent off in the 1-0 win over Brentford on January 23.
But he will go straight back into the line-up as City look to bounce back after their 16-game unbeaten streak - and eight-match winning run - came to an end following a 2-1 defeat at Millwall last Saturday.
Cody McDonald would have made way for Holt but the striker has been ruled out anyway after sustaining a thigh muscle injury. Defender Zak Whitbread is also out with a calf problem.
Defenders Jens Berthel Askou (broken metatarsal) and Michael Spillane (hamstring) have made two reserve-team outings as they step up their recovery but the latter is expected to be on the bench in Whitbread`s absence.
