Rochdale moved 11 points clear at the top of Coca-Cola League Two after coming from 2-0 down to win 4-2 at Accrington.
After a goalless hour, Billy Kee set up first Michael Symes and then John Miles to put Stanley 2-0 up. But Gary Jones struck twice, the second after a deflection, to level matters before Symes and Dale's Jason Taylor were sent off for an off-the-ball clash. And Chris O'Grady scored his 20th of the season before Kallum Higginbotham's stunning stoppage-time clincher from the halfway line.
Bournemouth's promotion challenge suffered a blow as Ashley Chambers' last-minute goal gave Grimsby a 3-2 win. Jamie Devitt and Michael Coulson twice gave Grimsby the lead but Lee Bradbury and Liam Feeney levelled.
