Swansea's Shefki Kuqi has promised Ipswich fans he will not celebrate any goals when the two sides meet at the weekend.

The Finland international is expected to start against his former club and has vowed not to perform his famous swan dive celebration if he scores.

The 33-year-old said: "I've got a job to do on Saturday and if I get a chance I will score as many as I can. But I think I'll keep the celebration quiet - Ipswich means a lot to me but I still have a job to do here."

Kuqi spent three years at The Tractor Boys and became a fans favourite at Portman Road, scoring 32 times in 92 appearances.

"It's a club I know very well," he added. "They have changed a few players since I was there but it's a club where I really enjoyed playing."
