Gillingham boss Mark Stimson will have on-loan striker Chris Dickson available once again to face MK Dons.
Dickson missed the 2-2 draw with parent club Charlton last weekend under the terms of his loan but returns to bolster Stimson's attacking options.
Gills top scorer Simeon Jackson came off the bench to play the final 18 minutes against Charlton but is rated as 50/50 as he continues to struggle with a hamstring injury.
Defender Josh Gowling is also struggling with the hamstring injury which has sidelined him since February and is likely to miss out once again.
Captain Barry Fuller (broken arm) could return for the Easter programme, while fellow defender Simon King (ankle ligaments) remains a long-term absentee.
MK Dons manager Paul Ince is set to have defender Sean O`Hanlon back in his side.
O`Hanlon missed the 3-0 defeat at home to Southampton last weekend after a cyst behind his knee flared up but the centre-half is set to be back on the bench at Priestfield.
Fellow defender Darren Powell was on the bench against the Saints after nine games out with a knee injury but the Dons are still missing Sam Baldock.
The 20-year-old striker has been missing since injuring his knee at Stockport at the beginning of February and has been ruled out for at least another fortnight as he shows no signs of recovery.
The defeat last weekend left the Dons eight points adrift of the play-off places with nine games left.
