Oldham manager Dave Penney has not ruled out making Lewis Guy's loan move to the club permanent in the summer.

The 24-year-old striker is on loan at Boundary Park from Doncaster until the end of the season and has hit three goals in eight appearances.

Penny told the club's official website: "A lot will depend on whether we can afford him so we will have a see where we are, what the budget is and see what we can do with our players who are out of contract.

"He has done well for us and has been taking the chances that have come his way.

"Lewis is out of contract as are a lot of players in the summer."
