Canaries sign midfielder

Norwich have signed Wolves midfielder Andrew Surman for an undisclosed fee.

The 23-year-old made his name at Southampton before joining Mick McCarthy's men last summer but failed to make the grade in the Premier League, featuring just nine times.

But he has now signed a three-year deal at Carrow Road to become Paul Lambert`s fifth signing of the summer.

Lambert said: "He has got a terrific left foot and is very good on the ball. At 23 years old he`s already got great experience. He will give us balance and he knows the Championship."
