Football News 24/7Southend have confirmed that their winding-up hearing has been adjourned again - until August 11.
Lawyers for the League Two club were in the high court on Wednesday to hear an application from Charterhouse Commercial Finance to wind the club up.
But the court has granted the Shrimpers a further month to resolve their debts and secure their future.
