Football News 24/7Southend have signed Sean Clohessy on a pre-contract agreement.
The 23-year-old defender arrives at Roots Hall following two seasons with Salisbury, where he played under the Shrimpers' current assistant manager Tommy Widdrington.
The move can be finalised once the transfer embargo currently imposed on the League Two club has been lifted.
