Lincoln boss Chris Sutton could name an unchanged side for Crewe`s visit to Sincil Bank after City recorded their first win of the season last time out at Gillingham.

However, it remains to be seen if that will be possible as Sutton reported a handful of minor knocks to unnamed players resulting from the 1-0 victory in Kent.

If he is able to field the same line-up, striker Delroy Facey will continue as a makeshift winger and on-loan Celtic forward Ben Hutchinson will make his home debut.

However, Andy Hutchinson, Drewe Broughton, Josh O'Keefe and Moses Swaibu will be hoping to force their way into Sutton`s plans.

Midfielders Mustapha Carayol, Scott Kerr and Gavin McCallum remain doubts after missing the Gillingham game through injury.

Crewe defender Matt Tootle will miss the game after sustaining a hamstring injury.

Academy graduate Tootle suffered the setback in Tuesday night's Carling Cup defeat by Ipswich and is expected to be out for between two to four weeks.

Mat Mitchel-King - who replaced Tootle in midweek - and Danny Shelley will compete for the vacant right-back slot.

Last season's top scorer Calvin Zola still has a knee injury and is likely to remain sidelined, meaning Joel Grant will keep his place in the team.

Nick Powell could be added to the bench after a stint on international duty with England's Under-17s.
