A goal in each half from Florent Malouda and substitute Salomon Kalou sent Chelsea five points clear at the top of the Barclays Premier League as the Blues claimed a 2-0 victory over Wolves.
Malouda put Chelsea in front in the 23rd minute when he finished off a cross from Yury Zhirkov.
Kalou completed a move he began by slipping Michael Essien's pass under Wolves goalkeeper Marcus Hahnemann 10 minutes from time to secure the win and leave Wolves second from bottom.
