Ipswich boss Roy Keane laughed off talk of a quarter-final with former club Manchester United after the Carling Cup win at home to Northampton.

Town ended a run of three defeats by seeing off the League Two side to move into the last eight but Keane insists that his priorities lie squarely with the npower Championship.

He said: "We're hopeful of a home tie. Our priorities are the league on Saturday but I don't complain about winning football matches."

Keane added: "We started well but the big boys are flexing their muscles now and the semi-finals are a long way off."
