Preston secure Tonge and Pugh deals

Preston have completed the signings of Stoke duo Danny Pugh and Michael Tonge on one-month loan deals.

Pugh, 28, and fellow midfielder Tonge, 27, who both started their careers within Manchester United`s youth set up, have found first-team opportunities few and far between this term.

They are expected to go straight into Darren Ferguson`s team for the away clash with high-flying QPR on Saturday.
