Mandaric set for Owls unveiling

Milan Mandaric will be introduced to Owls fans at Hillsborough on Saturday when he attends his first game since taking control of Sheffield Wednesday.

The former Portsmouth and Leicester owner, who agreed an £8million takeover deal with Wednesday at the end of November, will be introduced to the crowd ahead of the Owls' home clash with Bristol Rovers.

Mandaric, 72, will officially become new owner/chairman of Wednesday following an emergency general meeting of the club's shareholders next Tuesday.
