Peterborough goalkeeper Joe Lewis has handed in a transfer request after the club turned down an offer from a Premier League team.
The England Under-21 international, signed from Norwich in January 2008 for a then club-record £400,000, played a key part in the club's rise to the Championship before suffering relegation last season.
Lewis has been linked with a move away from London Road, along with George Boyd and Craig Mackail-Smith, with Aaron Mclean having already departed for Hull.
