Owls swoop for duo

Sheffield Wednesday have completed the double signing of Gary Madine and Mark Reynolds.

Striker Madine has signed from Carlisle and defender Reynolds has joined from Motherwell, with both men joining for undisclosed fees.

"Gary is a good young striker who I have been monitoring for some time," boss Alan Irvine side. "Mark is very quick and has played a lot of games for someone of 23-years-old. He can play at left-back or centre-back and will add more quality to our squad."
