Tottenham midfielder Jamie O'Hara is interesting Blackpool, Wolves, and bottom-club West Ham, according to goal.com.

The 24-year-old has had injury problems for a long time and played a training ground friendly against Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday.

With Spurs now competing for the title, O'Hara will need to prove himself elsewhere to manufacture a permanent move in the summer. The signing of Everton midfielder Steven Pienaar suggests O'Hara could be surplus to requirements in the summer.

During a successful loan spell at Portsmouth last season that saw he named the club's player of the year.

The Hammers tried to sign O'Hara last summer, but would now only opt for a loan move with their Premier League status for next season, uncertain.

Blackpool and Wolves are reportedly both interested in O'Hara and with Blackpool not sure whether star midfielder Charlie Adam will be still there come February, Ian Holloway may be forced to bring in enforcements.

O'Hara has made 34 league appearance for Tottenham, scoring three goals. He has had loan spells at Chesterfield, Millwall and Portsmouth and has a further seven caps for England U21s.
