Football News 24/7Ipswich goalkeeper Brian Murphy has stepped up his comeback from injury after coming out of plaster.
The Irishman broke his ankle in training just before Christmas and was in a cast for six weeks, but is now ready to start his rehabilitation.
Murphy should be ready to challenge Marton Fulop for a first-team place in around six weeks' time.
