Arsenal and Chelsea will learn the fate of their pursuit of Romelu Lukaku next week, according to skysports.com.
The Belgian striker has been long linked with a move to the Premier League, with Liverpool and Manchester City also in contention.
However, with Arsenal and Chelsea prowling, Lukaku is set to make a decision on his future, before his college exams.
"I would like my future settled by next Monday," said Lukaku.
"My college exams start the next day and I don't want any other concerns.
"I'll be going to one of the top two or three clubs in England - or else I'll stay at Anderlecht.
"I want to leave, because I want to score goals in a stadium where there are 50,000 people, and play in the Champions League."
Both Arsenal and Chelsea will play Champions League football next season, and the 19-year-old insistence that he play in Europe's premier club competition means the decision between where he makes his move lies with those two sides.
While Arsenal have a rich history of developing young players and require a partner for Robin van Persie, Chelsea are in a date of flux with the club still looking for a replacement for Carlo Ancelotti, who was sacked following their inability to claim the Premier League of Champions league titles.
