Football News 24/7Southend have completed a loan deal for Crystal Palace midfielder Alassane N'Diaye.
The 21-year-old, who can also play at centre-half, will spend the 2011/12 season on loan at Roots Hall.
N'Diaye had a month-long spell at Swindon during the last campaign, making six appearances.
He has featured 38 times for Palace since joining the London club in 2008.
