Yeovil snatches 'delightful' midfield signing

Yeovil have swooped to sign midfielder Dominic Blizzard on a free transfer.

The 27-year-old has been training with the Glovers following his release by Bristol Rovers and has impressed enough to earn a one-year deal at Huish Park, subject to a medical.

"I am delighted to get someone of Dominic's calibre," boss Terry Skiverton told the club's official website.


 

"He's impressed me in pre-season and he will make a great acquisition for Yeovil Town."

Blizzard, who began his career at Watford and has also had spells with Stockport and MK Dons, is Skiverton's fourth new signing of the summer.

Gavin Williams, Kieran Agard and Bondz N'Gala have all joined in recent weeks.
