Hogg joins Watford

Aston Villa midfielder Jonathan Hogg has joined Watford for an undisclosed fee, the midlands club have confirmed.

The 22-year-old has put pen to paper on a three-year contract with the Hornets.

Villa manager Alex McLeish said: "Everyone at the club wishes Jonathan well and every success in his career."

He added: "Jonathan has a great attitude and we know he will do very well as a player at Watford."
