Forward Gary Taylor-Fletcher admits he may be forced to leave Blackpool when his contract expires at the end of the season.
The 30-year-old has started the season in impressive form but revealed he is not close to signing a new deal.
"It has been a bit difficult to concentrate on the football with the contract issue hanging over me," he told the Blackpool Gazette. "At the moment nothing is happening."
He added: "I want to stay here but I just want what I think I deserve. I am one of the main players, I think, and I want to be up there with the rest of them.
"I am very hopeful it can be resolved because I'm not asking for the world - I'm not asking for as much as the top earners are on. I just want to be up there, or just below, which I think I deserve to be.
"I've been a regular for four years since I've been here. I've always been one of the lesser players compared to others, but this year I think I've come on in leaps and bounds."
