Chelsea keeper Matej Delac has left the club on loan until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old Czech stopper, who spent last season as back-up for Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem, has agreed to join SK Dynamo Ceske Budejovice with a view to gaining more first team experience.

Chelsea brought the teenager to the club last summer after Delac had agreed a pre-contract agreement with the Blues, but opportunities have been limited to the reserve team at Stamford Bridge thus far.

Signed from Inter Zapresic, Delac played for Croatia in the U20 World Cup in Colombia this summer, and has also represented his country at U21 level.

Arriving at west London in the Carlo Ancelotti era, it's unclear how new Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas will look to utilise the player in the future.
