Pirates swoop for Norburn

Bristol Rovers have completed the signing of teenage Leicester midfielder Oliver Norburn on a month's loan.

The 18-year-old has recently signed his first professional contract with the Foxes after being part of the side that reached the quarter-finals of the FA Youth Cup last season.

Norburn spoke of his delight at signing for the League Two side, saying: "The opportunity came along to join Rovers and I wanted to take the chance as it is a great club. I am looking forward to my time here."
