Argentine whizkid Lucas Ocampos is attracting attention from Chelsea, according to The Daily Mail.
The 17-year-old made his River Plate debut in August and at 6ft 2in has all the attributes to make a big impression.
Ocampos' comparisons with Cristiano Ronaldo have alerted Chelsea, and the converted left-winger says he lives to play like the Real Madrid star.
"Everybody wants to be like Messi, but Ronaldo is the one I like" he said. "I try to imitate him."
Inter Milan are said to have already had a £15 million bid rejected for Ocampos, but now Chelsea, with the wealth of Roman Abramovich behind them, are ready to enter the bidding.
Any fee in excess of £15 million would make Oscampos the most expensive 17-year-old in world football, a few days after Chelsea had reportedly agreed a deal for the most expensive 14-year-old in the world in Oluwaseyi Ojo.
