United snatch Brazilian starlet despite five-pronged competition – reports

Manchester United are set to sign PSV Eindhoven starlet Andreas Pereira, according to skysports.com.

The Brazilian-born 15-year-old is understood to be one of the finest players of his age group in Europe.

The self-professed United fan moved to Beligum as a child and was quickly snapped up by PSV.

United have reported snapped up Pereira ahead of five of Europe’s heavyweights, with Barcelona, Real Madrid, AC Milan, Inter Milan and Bayern Munich all interested.

Pereira played against United during the Premier Cup earlier in his career, a moment he considers to be a personal highlight.
