The agent of reported Liverpool and Chelsea target Jorge Fucile has talked up a potential January move for the Porto defender.

Fucile has featured only 11 times for the Portuguese champions this season, and has frequently been linked with a move away from the Estadio do Dragao.

Both Liverpool and Chelsea are reported to have been tracking the 27-year-old as both Kenny Dalglish and Andre Villas-Boas scour the market for potential new recruits.

And, should Liverpool or Chelsea formalise their alleged interest in Fucile, it would appear the Uruguyan would be open to a move away from Porto.

"As he is used to playing, it is now best to look for another club where he will play consistently," his agent Pablo Tamaduz told Record.

"We are talking about one of the best wing-backs from the last World Cup.

"He is happy at Porto, but not even getting on the bench. If you're only seeing games from the stands, then it's best you leave."
