Seagulls stun Magpies

Brighton pulled off an FA Cup fourth-round shock by dumping out Barclays Premier League high-flyers Newcastle 1-0 at the Amex Stadium.

Will Buckley's shot was deflected past Tim Krul by the unlucky Mike Williamson to send the Magpies tumbling out.

Newcastle boss Alan Pardew played his strongest team but saw Leon Best miss their clearest chance when he headed over in the first half.
