Football News 24/7Everton boss David Moyes has confirmed that striker Louis Saha has been given permission to discuss a move to Tottenham.
Saha was not included on the teamsheet for Tuesday night's Barclays Premier League win over Manchester City at Goodison Park.
Spurs will hope to conclude a deal before the transfer deadline.
