Mata has eyes on the prize

Juan Mata believes Chelsea have what it takes to win a trophy this season.

The Blues have an FA Cup semi-final with Tottenham coming up and are on course to reach the Champions League last four after beating Benfica 1-0 in their quarter-final first leg on Tuesday.

It is quite a turnaround in fortunes for Chelsea after replacing Andre Villas-Boas with Roberto Di Matteo less than a month ago, and Mata is confident he could now end his first season in English football with some silverware. Asked if the Blues are good enough to win a trophy, he said: "Why not, why not?"
