Suarez salvages draw for Liverpool

Luis Suarez's eighth Barclays Premier League goal of the season rescued a point for Liverpool as they drew 1-1 with struggling Aston Villa at Anfield.

The Uruguay international headed in from close range eight minutes from time to end a run of three successive defeats for Kenny Dalglish's side.

Villa had gone ahead through Chris Herd's 10th-minute strike but could not hold on to their lead and their relegation worries remain.
