Mark Hughes admits QPR need to improve their away form if they are to win their Barclays Premier League survival fight after going down 1-0 to West Brom at the Hawthorns.

Rangers have notched up a trio of impressive home wins over Liverpool, Arsenal and Swansea but they are without a victory away from Loftus Road since mid-November - a run of 11 games.

A 30-yard strike from Baggies midfielder Graham Dorrans midway through the second half proved decisive, and Rs boss Hughes said: "We can't just wait and think our home form will be enough (to stay up). We've talked about it and know we need to improve the away form and pick up points."
