Arsene Wenger was disappointed with the lack of penalties awarded to his side at the Emirates Stadium this season after referee Anthony Taylor rejected a strong spot-kick appeal late on in their 3-3 draw with Norwich.

Robin van Persie had already scored twice for the Gunners when he appeared poised to tap in winner from close range, but was shoved to the ground by Kyle Naughton. The dropped points mean both Tottenham and Newcastle could leapfrog the Gunners if they win on Sunday.

Wenger said: "Here the whole season we have got zero penalties. It is absolutely amazing, because you see other clubs who have got 10. I don't know (why the penalty was not given), we have to accept the decision of the referee."
