Premier League final day preview

It's the final day of the Premier League season, with the destiny of the title, the race for the top four and the relegation battle yet to be decided.

Manchester City v QPR

Manchester City can secure their first league title for 44 years if they can beat Mark Hughes QPR at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

With City level with United on goal difference, a win would almost certainly see the Blue half on Manchester celebrating - barring an eight goal swing against them.

QPR though will be difficult opponents, with Mark Hughes' side fighting relegation and 'Sparky' having a score to settle with his former employers.
 

Sunderland v Manchester United

United need a win and City to lose if they are retain their position as Champions, but face a difficult trip to the Stadium of Light to face Sunderland.
 

West Brom v Arsenal

Arsenal meanwhile need a win in Roy Hodgson's final game as West Brom manager if they are to secure automatic Champions League qualifying place.

With Arsenal facing the possibility of finishing fifth, the Gunners need to conjure a performance, having not won in their last four Premier League matches.
 

Tottenham v Fulham

Harry Redknapp's side will finish in the top four if they win, although qualification for Europe's top competition could depend on Chelsea in this year's final.

If Chelsea beat Bayern Munich, they will enter next year's competition, meaning a fourth placed finish will not be enough for Spurs - or Newcastle.
 

Everton v Newcastle

The Magpies need results to go their way if they are to succeed in gatecrashing the top four. However, they face an Everton side unbeaten in eight league games.
 

Chelsea v Blackburn

Elsewhere, Chelsea welcome Blackburn in the definition of a dead rubber. Rovers are down, while the Blues will finish in a disappointing sixth place.
 

Stoke v Bolton

Bolton meanwhile need a win at the Potters if they are to avoid relegation, with the Trotters two points behind QPR going into the final game of the season.
 

Swansea v Liverpool

Liverpool will be looking to end the season on high at Swansea, after a poor league campaign that could see them finish as low as ninth.
 

Wigan v Wolves / Norwich v Aston Villa

Elsewhere, Wigan visit Wolves having pulled of the great escape from the drop, while Norwich welcome Aston Villa, who are all but mathematically safe.
