Manchester United winger Nani is once again being linked with a move away from Old Trafford.

The Portuguese international has less than two-years on his contract, and has been in negotiations with the Red Devils over a new long-term deal.

However, the Daily Telegraph reports that a lack of form is now playing a part in the lack of pen being put on paper at Manchester United, and that the club may now be unwilling to extend the new deal.

The English national paper goes on to claim that Zenit St. Petersburg made an offer for the player in the summer, but couldn’t force a move before the summer transfer deadline.

Nani joined Manchester United from Sporting Lisbon in 2007, and has enjoyed plenty of success under Sir Alex Ferguson over the last five years.

However, the 25-year-old has found himself in-and-out of the first team this season, leading to increased speculation that his days might be numbered with last season’s Premier League runners-up.
