Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's rise to prominence will reportedly continue as the Arsenal star prepares to sign sign a lucrative sponsorship deal with telecoms giant O2.

According to the Daily Mail, the advisors of the 19-year-old England international are in negotiations with O2 with regards to a seven-figure per annum contract that will see him become poster boy for promotional campaigns.

O2, a former Arsenal sponsor, have identified Oxlade-Chamberlain as the sports professional they want to be the face of promotions going forward in a deal that will last until 2016.

Oxlade-Chamberlain already as sponsorship deals in place with EA Sports, Nike and Disney and the faith shown in the teenager outlines how far he has risen in little over 12 months at Arsenal.

The winger signed for Arsenal from Southampton for a fee rising to £15 million in the summer of 2011, and has quickly established himself as an integral player for both club and country.
