No complaints from beaten McCoist

Manager Ally McCoist admits Rangers got what they deserved as they crashed out of the Scottish Communities League Cup at the hands of Inverness.

The Highlanders claimed a 3-0 win at Ibrox to book their place in the last four of the competition and McCoist had no real complaints about the outcome.

He said: "In the second half, Inverness were better than us, without doubt, and deserve to be in the semi-final more than we do."
