Bacary Sagna looks set to leave Arsenal in the summer, as he's unhappy with the Gunners' offer of a 12-month extension to his current deal. The 29-year-old has a contract with Arsenal until 2014, but has attracted interest from a number of Serie 'A' clubs.

Sunderland boss Martin O'Neil wants to sign Manchester City forward John Guidetti on loan in January. The Swedish striker enjoyed a hugely successful loan spell in Holland last season, where he scored 20 goals in 23 games for Feyenoord.

John Obi Mikel has agreed a new five-year contract at Chelsea. The Nigerian international has committed his future to the European champions until 2017.

Sir Alex Ferguson has called on his senior Manchester United players to get their act together ahead of Sunday's derby. Ferguson claims United defensive worries remain after they conceded their 33rd goal this season as they lost 1-0 to Cluj in the Champions League.

Andre Villas-Boas has confirmed Spurs will be without Gareth Bale for the visit of Panathinaikos. But the Tottenham boss backed Clint Dempsey to deputise for the Welsh winger against the Greek side.
