Everton boss David Moyes has a virtually fully-fit squad as he prepares for the UEFA Cup last-32 second leg against Norwegian champions Brann Bergen at Goodison Park.
His only injury is on-loan defender Anthony Gardner, who is still recovering from the muscle problem he had when he joined from Spurs in the transfer window.
Moyes said: "I think this is only the second time this season we have had the entire squad to select from, and it is good for the rest of our campaign that all our absentees and injuries have cleared up."
