Coca-Cola League One club Gillingham, chairman Paul Scally and striker David Graham have been charged by the Football Association over Graham´s summer move to Priestfield.
Graham moved to the club from Sheffield Wednesday and the club have been charged with a breach of the FA Football Agents regulations.
An FA statement read: "The club have been charged with a breach of The FA Football Agents Regulations. It is alleged that they dealt with Jon Kirtland and/or Chris McMenemy in respect of Graham´s transfer, neither of whom was a licensed agent or exempt individual (solicitor or close family member)."
