Burnley manager Steve Cotterill has left his post by mutual consent, the Coca-Cola Championship club have announced.
The 43-year-old took the helm at Turf Moor in June 2004 after previously managing Cheltenham and Stoke and working under Howard Wilkinson at Sunderland.
A statement from the Clarets, who currently lie 15th in the Championship, said: "Burnley Football Club confirm that first team manager Steve Cotterill has left the club by mutual consent."
