Tottenham´s nightmare start to the new season has been compounded by the news that star striker Dimitar Berbatov is to miss this weekend´s clash against Derby with a groin injury.
The Bulgarian joins summer recruit Younes Kaboul on the sidelines as part of a growing Spurs injury list, and their absences come at the worst possible time after the London club opened their Barclays Premier League campaign with two defeats.
