Sheffield Wednesday boss Brian Laws has revealed that Holland striker Patrick Kluivert is interested in joining the Owls on trial.
Laws revealed on Monday evening that he had offered the 31-year-old former AC Milan, Barcelona and Ajax frontman the opportunity to join up with his squad after learning of his availability through an agent. Kluivert was released by Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven at the end of last season and would be available on a free transfer.
Laws told the club´s official website, www.swfc.co.uk: "There is a possibility it could go ahead."
