Colchester have appointed former Leicester and Coventry boss Micky Adams as their new assistant manager.
The 45-year-old, who left the Ricoh Arena in January, has teamed up with Geraint Williams and his squad in time for the club´s training camp in Limerick.
Colchester have confirmed they expect Adams to put pen to paper on his contract next week.
