Birmingham have signed Middlesbrough utility player Stuart Parnaby on a three-year deal which comes into effect from July 1.
Parnaby, whose current contract with Boro runs out this summer, had rejected a new deal from the Teessiders and arrives at St Andrews on a free transfer.
The 24-year-old becomes manager Steve Bruce´s second close-season signing after Arsenal midfielder Fabrice Muamba who spent a successful loan spell at the club last season.
