Former West Brom and Middlesbrough manager Bryan Robson has confirmed his interest in taking over as manager at Sheffield United.

Robson is favourite succeed the recently-departed Neil Warnock, who resigned following the Blades´ relegation to the Coca-Cola Championship last weekend.

Robson told Sky Sports News: "I said from when I left West Brom in October that I´d like to get back into the game. I enjoy the management side and the coaching of the players. Sheffield United are a big club and that´s the type of challenge that I would be looking for."
