Sheffield United have filed "arbitration proceedings" against the Premier League in a bid to overturn the decision not to deduct points from West Ham.
The Blades´ lawyers are challenging the legality of an independent commission´s decision to fine West Ham rather than dock the club points and cancel Tevez´s registration.
A statement from Sheffield United read: "We are challenging the legality of the League commission´s decision to hand West Ham a fine rather than (as had been universally expected) docking West Ham points and cancelling the registration of Mr Tevez."
